Compensation:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually
• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (DOE)
• Uncapped monthly departmental commission

Interstate Power Systems is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations at our state-of-the-art 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Lakeville, MN. This key leadership role focuses on driving department performance, business growth, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain top service talent
• Support company sales efforts
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, profitability, efficiency, and productivity
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies
• Accurately quote jobs and maintain consistent pricing
• Oversee work orders and service invoicing
• Communicate goals and policies to the team
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Strong experience in the heavy-duty diesel truck/equipment industry
• Proven leadership in a service or diesel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel equipment and repair processes
• Understanding of financials (P&L) and business metrics
• Experience with Lean/5S principles preferred
• Prior Service Manager or Supervisor experience strongly preferred
