What You'll Do:
  • Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain and update order information within internal systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Process orders using SAP
  • Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Microsoft platforms
  • 1+ year of experience with Client management systems
  • 1+ year of experience with Reporting and analysis

  • Prior experience with order processing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Good computer proficiency, including Windows applications
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
