• Base Pay: $55,000 - $70,000
• Plus: Performance-based incentives

As a Field Superintendent, you'll be out in the field leading the action-not stuck behind a desk.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate framing crews on active job sites
• Train and develop subcontractor teams
• Plan job schedules and keep projects moving efficiently
• Manage materials, timelines, and labor costs
• Ensure safety standards are followed every day
• Solve problems on the fly and keep customers happy

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical reports, financial reports and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community;
