APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Follow detailed work instructions, safety rules, and operational procedures Conduct basic testing by loading units, running programs, and evaluating pass/fail results Perform visual inspections, functional testing, and cleaning at defined intervals Record accurate data and report any deviations from standards for review Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Use adhesives such as RTV and epoxy in assembly processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in assembly with smaller parts. What Sets You Apart: Ability to read and follow work instructions - On a screen/monitor. Demonstrated proficiency in completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell. Building models, Legos, jewelry. Good communication skills Problem Solving Teamwork Strong Attention to detail. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely.
