What You'll Do:
  • Follow detailed work instructions, safety rules, and operational procedures
  • Conduct basic testing by loading units, running programs, and evaluating pass/fail results
  • Perform visual inspections, functional testing, and cleaning at defined intervals
  • Record accurate data and report any deviations from standards for review
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Use adhesives such as RTV and epoxy in assembly processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in assembly with smaller parts.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions - On a screen/monitor.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in completing 1-3 different operations within a work cell.
  • Building models, Legos, jewelry.
  • Good communication skills

Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely.
  • Heaviest lift 32lbs
