Material Handler - Night Shift Location: Hartford, IL Pay: $21.50/hour Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (may extend to 11:00 AM as needed) Requirement: TWIC Card Required We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support blending and packaging operations in a fast-paced lubricants manufacturing plant. This role is critical to maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and safe production operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, move, and stage raw materials and finished products Load and unload transport trailers safely and efficiently Inspect and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Utilize SAP and barcode systems for production and inventory tracking Support production by making equipment adjustments as needed Communicate effectively with team members and drivers across shifts Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards Qualifications: Valid TWIC Card (required) Forklift experience required Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems (SAP a plus) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance \| 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans \| Employee Assistance Program (EAP) \| Commuter/Parking Accounts \| People Perks \| Health Savings Account (HSA) \| AD & D Insurance This role is ideal for candidates with material handling, warehouse, or production experience looking for a stable night shift opportunity in an industrial environment.
