This role requires businesslevel fluency in Mandarin and regular interaction with Chinabased customers. Applications without Mandarin proficiency will not be considered. AMD is looking for a seasoned systems engineering professional with a strong hardware foundation and the ability to operate at the intersection of server platforms, networking, storage, and AI GPU solutions. You will collaborate closely with AMD Instinct platform architects, system designers, and firmware teams to help shape scalable, racklevel AI systems that deliver exceptional performance and business value for our customers. You will be a key contributor within the Data Center GPU, Customer Technical Readiness Leadership (CTRL) organization, performing systems engineering work with a focus on networking and storage considerations at the rack and system level. The role involves deep engagement with MDCs, OEMs, and ODM partners as we jointly develop and deploy bestinclass AI infrastructure solutions. THE PERSON: As a leader in AI Customer Enablement, you will serve as a primary technical interface for Chinabased customers deploying data centers in the United States. In this highvisibility role, you will help translate customer workloads and business requirements into systemlevel technical guidance, support product definition, and provide expertise during execution and issue resolution. You are comfortable operating in a global environment, communicating complex technical topics clearly in Mandarin, and navigating ambiguity as customer requirements and system designs evolve.
