Customer Service Representative - Overnights Customer Service Team Lead - English and Bilingual Spanish Openings Available! Customer Service Management Trainee Location: 12354 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 Recognized on Forbes list of America's Best Large Employers four years in a row! Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. 24/7 operation - Various shifts available with set schedules. Translation assistance is not offered. Must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies. __________________________________________________________ Why Customer Service at Uline? Customer Service Representative English - From $27 to $32 per hour - includes $2 shift differential. Bilingual Spanish - From $26 to $30 per hour - must be fluent in verbal and written forms. Overnights - From $29 to $34 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you! Customer Service Team Lead From $33 to $38 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas including product knowledge, policies and procedures as well as performance metrics. Review phone, email and other customer interactions to evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching and performance reviews for increased success. Provide feedback to management on processes improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate policy updates, company information and provide training and coaching. Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support for customer interactions. High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of customer service experience. 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred. Effective communication skills. Customer Service Management Trainee From $29 to $34 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program. Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback. Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree. Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
