What this job involves:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, cross-functional corporate real estate team supporting our financial institution client as part of JLL's Project and Development Services group. In this role, you'll support a construction project management team in bringing challenging projects to life, from initial planning through final delivery. Your day-to-day will involve collecting, managing, and preparing essential project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and submittals

  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend project meetings, and document minutes with action items

  • Maintain project management systems and generate reports for leadership review

  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing, flagging discrepancies and coordinating approvals

  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to facilitate project workflows

  • Assist in preparing project presentations and status reports for client meetings

  • Leverage technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management or supporting commercial real estate professionals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as needed to meet team objectives

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

  • Experience with project management software platforms (e.g., Procore, or similar tools)

  • Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and documentation standards

  • Background supporting financial services or corporate real estate clients

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

60,000.00 - 86,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
