CONTROLLERS DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution. In the Controllers Department, our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm's business. Controllers also ensure that the firm's activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets. PRODUCT CONTROL - ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION - PRIVATE The successful candidate will join the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Private Product Control team, which is responsible for financial reporting, valuation oversight, and control functions for private equity strategies across the firm's alternative investment platforms. The role will support the valuation and independent price verification of illiquid private investments across various equity strategies, through analysis of valuation inputs, review of thirdparty pricing, and preparation of valuation support for fair value reviews. The candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams including but not limited to Operations, Risk, Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure accurate valuation, reporting, and controls, while supporting investor and regulatory reporting requirements.
