SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

This role is essential to Association Prime's client retention strategy. We want to overwhelm our clients with proactive service and create relationship equity with key stakeholders for customers ranging from $1MM to $100MM in size. While this position supports the sales team, this position doesn't have specific sales goals. This position requires substantial travel to tradeshows and to client locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The role will assist the sales team in winning deals, familiar the customer with systems and processes during onboarding and also be instrumental in ensuring the clients success with leveraging bank offerings to scale their business. This role will be a primary point of contact for very large corporate accounts upwards of $100MM and will also handle tasks as otherwise assigned by the department. Being a team player is critical in this role to helping the team achieve its goals and stated client outcomes. Some additional tasks

  • Proactive association deposit portfolio management
  • Client telephonic, email in-person communications
  • Coordination with operational and account opening teams
  • Oversee client gift programs
  • Responsible for numerous trade shows and bank events (planning & logistics)
  • Responsible for travel coordination
  • Coordination with partner and bank marketing departments for the numerous marketing request the department receives
  • Play an instrumental role in client onboardings
  • Handle and decision/route client rate exception request
  • Direct and distribute association loan requests
  • Maintain client relationship database entries and reporting
  • Be a brand ambassador for Association Prime
  • Interact with Association Banking Analyst on earnings credit matters
  • Assist sales team in sales efforts as needed

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to handle large volumes of client telephonic, email in-person communications
  • Communicate with executives from companies with corporate banking sized balances
  • Highly detailed oriented in task completion
  • Expert level time management skillsets

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree preferred in banking, finance, business administration or otherwise.
  • Experience: Experience in association management or association banking is helpful nut not required. 15+ years of experience in sales, banking operations or otherwise financial environment is required.
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Microsoft product suite is required. HubSpot or other CRM is helpful.
