Overview

SCCI is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our team! In this position you will work directly with the customer and our team to ensure customer satisfaction while leading a Tactical Tomahawk training program. This position is available for immediate hire and located in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Performing Program Management as part of a highly functional diverse team
  • Coordinate financial estimates and inputs in accordance with the DoD regulations and in direct support of Tomahawk training program
  • Reviewing briefing materials and providing technical reports as required
  • Projecting funding and personnel requirements
  • Perform as Primary Point of Contact for the Government TPOC and COR
  • Coordinate with staff in managing and directing support for the programs
  • Interface with customers
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products on time
  • Manage communication with direct reports
  • Conduct interviews and personnel assessments as part of the hiring process

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
  • Fifteen (15) years of full-time professional technical experience including at least six (6) years specialized experience in the management of development or evaluation of DoD technologies
  • Ten (10) years of program management experience which includes both technical and administrative aspects of government contract performance, providing contract data deliverables, and having oversight of contract schedule and cost
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, and cost and schedule estimating
  • Demonstrated experience as primary point of contact for Contractor's tasking, including formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach, coordinating with the Government for necessary resources, and establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, and costs for day-to-day execution
  • Demonstrated experience as a program manager leading a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel
  • Solid technical background as demonstrated by interfacing effectively with customers and delivering quality products on time and within budget
