What You Can Expect

As VP, Global Account Manager, you will own and expand one of Marvell's most strategic cloud relationships. This is a highly visible executive role where you will:

  • Lead at the highest level: Define and execute global account strategy across AI, networking, and custom silicon solutions to exceed multi-year revenue targets
  • Drive industry transformation: Position Marvell as a critical enabler of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure
  • Build trusted partnerships: Establish deep relationships with C-suite executives, engineering leaders, and supply chain decision-makers
  • Win complex deals: Orchestrate multi-threaded sales cycles, from early architecture engagement to large-scale production ramps
  • Shape the future: Influence product direction by acting as the voice of the customer across engineering and business units
  • Accelerate growth: Build and manage a robust design-win funnel, converting opportunities into long-term, high-value partnerships

Your work will directly impact how the world's largest cloud providers scale their infrastructure-touching billions of users globally.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven executive leadership: 15+ years in semiconductor or cloud infrastructure sales, including deep experience managing global strategic accounts
  • Customer intimacy: At least 5+ years working directly with a top-tier cloud service provider, with established executive relationships
  • Strategic sales excellence: Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product, multi-year deals from concept through production
  • Technical depth: Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their role in AI, networking, and cloud architectures
  • Influence and communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value
  • Cross-functional mastery: Skilled at navigating large, matrixed organizations to align engineering, product, finance, legal, and operations
  • Negotiation expertise: Proven ability to structure and close high-value agreements that deliver win-win outcomes
  • Adaptability and drive: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
