Job Description Summary

The Technical Analyst works collaboratively with Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams to deliver, support, and optimize Netsmart solution integrations and data mappings. This role plays a key part in enabling secure, reliable data exchange across Netsmart platforms and thirdparty systems while supporting clients through troubleshooting, configuration, and consultative engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement technically focused solutions supporting Netsmart Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
  • Address incoming requests related to troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
  • Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple care records and modules.
  • Establish connectivity and perform data mapping between thirdparty systems and Netsmart EHRs to enable effective data exchange.
  • Provide consultative sessions and technical guidance to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive recommendations to enhance solutions, processes, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
  • Equivalent of 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associates and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred

  • Internship experience in a business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical setting.
  • Experience with BPMN/DMN or similar workflow and decision automation platforms.

Technical Skills

  • JavaScript: Working knowledge to support application logic and system integrations.
  • APIs: Understanding of API concepts, including integrations, data exchange, and how systems communicate with one another. Experience working with JSON and XML.
  • PostgreSQL: Ability to query and work with data at the database level for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Position may require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional business hours to support clients, projects, and teams operating across multiple time zones.
