The Director of Strategic Sourcing holds a senior, strategic position responsible for advancing enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives for a third-party hotel management company operating approximately 110 hotels across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to the SVP of Procurement, this role will play a crucial role in the development of the organization's sourcing model enhancing an existing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) relationship while expanding direct supplier contracts to foster increased value, flexibility, and performance. This role is considered hybrid with a schedule of both remote work and in-office work in Fairfax, Virginia. RESPONSBILITIES
