What to Expect A Process Technician for Optimusis responsible forensuring the smooth operation and optimization of manufacturing processes. Key duties include monitoring and adjusting equipment, performing routine repairs of Optimus subsystems, and troubleshooting issues tomaintainproduct quality and efficiency. They must be proficient in various technical skills, such as rework, partssalvage, andusing specialized software and machinery. Additionally, Process Technicians conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve defects and improve processes. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to prioritize tasks and implement process changes. Leadership abilities are valued, particularly in training and guiding peers, as well as leading investigations and process improvements. A strong focus on safety, documentation, and adherence to standard operating procedures is crucial. Technicians must be adaptable, capable of working across multiple projects or lines, and committed to continuous learning and development. A Process Technician ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and safety byleveragingtechnicalexpertise, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork.
