As an Operations Management Intern at the Selah Plant, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the coordination of operations, monitoring production processes, and ensuring all activities align with our commitment to excellence. You'll collaborate with team members to analyze workflows, identify improvements, and support adherence to safety protocols. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm, allowing you to immerse yourself in daily operations. Expect to participate in team meetings and training sessions, actively contributing to projects that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is designed to provide you with practical skills and insights into the food manufacturing industry to prepare you for your future career.
