This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with experience in customer complaints, quality review, medical device support, healthcare administration, or regulated industries. What You'll Do Review incoming product inquiries and determine complaint vs. non-complaint status Classify complaint records for investigation and follow-up Categorize non-complaint feedback for trending and reporting Update records when new information is received Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems Follow quality standards and regulatory procedures Support additional case review tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Experience in medical device, healthcare, quality assurance, customer support, or regulated industries preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Why Apply?
