The opportunity The Director of AI and ITS Communications leads strategic communications for SNHU's technology and AI portfolios, ensuring communications are proactive, aligned with institutional priorities, and guide understanding, adoption, and measurable impact. You will develop and execute communication strategies for complex, high-visibility initiatives related to artificial intelligence, information technology, and digital transformation, translating technical concepts into clear, audience-centered messaging for diverse internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Communications, within the Office of External Affairs and Communications, you will be a strategic advisor to AI and ITS leadership, partnering to guide messaging, support change management, and ensure early engagement in planning and decision-making. You will be responsible for communications outcomes for assigned initiatives, leads cross-functional coordination across university teams, and ensures communications are delivered with quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across channels. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $85,961.00 - $116,299.00.Exceptional benefits (because you're exceptional) You're the whole package.
