A Taste of What You'll Do As a Tasting Room Representative, you'll be at the heart of the visitor experience, welcoming guests and bringing the Denner story to life through exceptional service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help create memorable moments that reflect our brand essence, build lasting consumer loyalty, and support the achievement of visitor center financial goals. In this role, you'll engage guests by sharing your knowledge of wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, and brand accolades, while confidently guiding tastings and answering questions. You'll promote and sell wine and non-wine products, process transactions accurately, and support daily tasting room operations from opening to close. Your ability to connect with guests, multitask effectively, and maintain attention to detail will help ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. You'll also support retail merchandising, inventory activities, special events, and order processing, including wine shipping in compliance with federal and state regulations. As a tasting room rep, you'll represent the company professionally and enthusiastically, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to a positive team environment that values accountability, initiative, and innovation.
