About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Associate Operations Administrator to support our Houston, Texas office and the broader Gulf Coast subregion. This full-time, non-exempt, hourly position with benefits is based in Houston and plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations while delivering high-quality administrative support to both field and office teams. This position does not provide remote work options. Interested candidates should be willing and able to be at the designated office regularly. The Houston office offers a collaborative, fast-paced, and team-focused environment, and we are looking for a professional who thrives in a role that requires strong organization, initiative, adaptability, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing a high level of support across a variety of operational and administrative functions. Reporting to the Operations Administrator for the Gulf Coast subregion, this position provides direct support to local and regional staff and contributes to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key responsibilities will help foster a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment that supports employee experience, operational excellence, and SWCA's culture. An employee in this Houston, TX office - based position can expect a rate from $26.96/hour to $33.71/hour.
