Project Director - Power & Data Center Construction
Building on our past. Ready for the future. Play an integral role in shaping and delivering some of the most complex and high-impact power infrastructure projects in the market. As Project Director, you will lead the successful execution of large-scale simple cycle and combined cycle power projects alongside mission-critical data center construction programs. This role sits at the intersection of energy reliability and digital infrastructure-two sectors experiencing rapid global growth and transformation. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and project teams to ensure delivery excellence, commercial performance, and alignment with Worley's strategic objectives. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for providing overall leadership, direction, and governance across major power and data center construction projects. This includes full lifecycle accountability-from early-stage planning and contract interpretation through execution, commissioning, and closeout. You will define project goals, align delivery strategies, and establish the operating framework to achieve schedule, cost, safety, and quality outcomes. The role requires deep understanding of EPC/EPCM delivery models, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across complex environments.
