**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage inventory, contribute to forecasting, and assist with planning activities.

* Oversee order management and support credit management processes.

* Participate in assembly-related tasks within the supply chain.

* Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve operational goals.

* Contribute to general teamwork and special projects, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to problem-solving.

* Utilize reporting systems to analyze data and inform decision-making, gaining hands-on experience with diverse supply chain generalist tasks.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months, with no more than a 5-month gap in education history.

* A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Proficiency with standard office productivity software, including tools for spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, and communication.

* Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.

* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form robust cross-functional relationships.

* Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and work independently in a dynamic environment.

* High cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

* Customer service orientation with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* An Engineering degree.

* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

**Compensation:**

The target hiring compensation for this role is $22 per hour.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
