**Responsibilities:**

* Manage inventory, forecasting, planning, order processing, and credit functions.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaborations.

* Engage in general teamwork and contribute to special projects.

* Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational workflows.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent graduates within the last 12 months are encouraged to apply).

* 0-2 years of professional experience.

* Possess a 3.0 GPA or higher.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management.

* Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.

* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.

* High cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.

* Customer service orientation with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

* Ability to work independently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* An Engineering degree.

The target hiring compensation for this role is $22/hour.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
