We are looking for a Project Manager ready to drive significant change and harmonize complex global processes. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence strategic initiatives across a global marketplace. You will be instrumental in bridging planning and technology, orchestrating critical connections, and ensuring seamless execution of programs that support key strategic initiatives. Your work will have a tangible impact on optimizing supply and inventory planning operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across diverse global regions.

Responsiblilites

* Lead tactical program management efforts, driving impactful change across global regions.

* Harmonize disparate data sources and align data strategies across multiple regions, establishing common terminology and stage definitions.

* Develop and implement comprehensive roadmaps, coordinating resources and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

* Orchestrate critical connections between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient progress on key projects.

* Provide essential backup support for strategic initiatives, demonstrating agility and adaptability to evolving business priorities.

* Act as a crucial bridge between planning teams and technology departments, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in tactical program management and change management.

* Proven experience in bridging planning and technology functions.

* Strong analytical acumen and insight-driven problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and flex across priority business areas.

* Expertise in aligning and harmonizing data sources across multiple global regions.

* Proficiency in driving change management within global programming and building strategic roadmaps.

* Exceptional ability to orchestrate connections and align teammates for project success.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Expert-level proficiency in Excel.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

* Experience with planning, specifically within retail or wholesale contexts, understanding data's journey and impact.

* Prior experience in program implementation for both business and technology initiatives.

* Familiarity with modern planning software solutions.

* Previous experience within the consumer goods industry.
