As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the linchpin for the merchandising team, managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring product assortments are impeccably managed. You will act as a crucial liaison between brands and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets and accurate product representation across all channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with brands and the merchandising team to oversee deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring the timely receipt of accurate assets.

* Manage product and asset updates with brands to enhance conversion rates and support the achievement of brand objectives.

* Partner with merchandising and support teams to assist in the creative review process for all brands within the portfolio, guaranteeing accurate product representation across various platforms.

* Generate weekly and monthly reports across various data sets and complete supporting tasks to empower merchants and strengthen brand relationships.

* Request and meticulously track product samples from brands for utilization in diverse cross-functional projects.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or the beauty industry.

* Demonstrated ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel.

* Exceptional detail orientation.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proven problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to adapt quickly to change.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Experience with cross-functional team communication.

* Familiarity with leading cross-functional projects and communicating project updates.

* Understanding of project management principles, including kick-offs and launches.

* Experience with data governance.

* Ability to identify opportunities that enhance customer experience.

* A knack for identifying opportunities for cross-functional process and operational improvements.

* Experience with process change implementation.

* Strong relationship-building capabilities.

* Effective prioritization skills.
