Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist to:
* Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
* Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments.
* Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Associate's degree bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred

Work Experience
1 year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment Required
Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
Previous experience scheduling patients Preferred
Previous experience coordinating multiple activities in an office setting Preferred
