Job Description The Paralegal Claims Specialist is a key member of the Law & Regulation organization, providing comprehensive paralegal support to claims coverage counsel within a designated practice area, under the direction of Managing Counsel. This role plays a critical part in supporting coverage analysis and claimsrelated legal work by drafting and coordinating standard documentation, managing matter workflow, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across case files.The Specialist conducts and synthesizes legal and regulatory research, assists with issue identification and monitoring, and serves as a central liaison between counsel, internal business partners, and other stakeholders. In addition, this role manages the intake and ongoing administration of legal matters within the matter management system, ensuring documentation is complete, organized, accurate, and readily available to support timely legal analysis and decisionmaking.
