Strategic Priorities: Prevention, Access, Efficiency, Engagement, Equity, Workforce, Excellence, Innovation How you make a difference in this role: The Executive Assistant will aid in the efficient facilitation and execution of administrative and reporting duties for staff across the Division of Health Disparities Elimination. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison for both internal customers throughout the department as well as external partners and stakeholders. Job Overview: The Tennessee Department of Health's (TDH) Division of Health Disparities Elimination (DHDE) in Nashville is hiring an Executive Assistant (Administrative Services Assistant 4) to support DHDE staff and efforts of the division. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work both independently and with others in organizing division meetings and events, processing contracts, competitive procurements, contractor travel memos, and division reports. The role will also require strong skills in technical assistance, as this role will provide technical solutions for the entire division.
