Position Summary EBI Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join our HUD Architecture, Engineering, and Cost Review (AEC) team, which delivers HUD Plan Reviews and Cost Analyses for multifamily and healthcare projects, including substantial rehabilitation, new construction, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. This role requires a strong understanding of building performance, construction, and/or design, with an emphasis on multifamily and/or healthcare. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional AEC teams to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing report development throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with lenders, developers, and external architects and engineers to establish schedules, define deliverables, and resolve project challenges to ensure successful outcomes. This position reports directly to the Senior Director and can be either remote or based out of our Richmond, VA office depending on the geographic location of the successful candidate. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
