Job DescriptionThe Billing Manager leads the North America Project Billing Team and reports to the North America Senior Credit Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued in compliance with contract terms, and adhering to GAAP and company policy. The Manager provides direct team supervision, mentorship, and drives process improvement initiatives. This role will be on a hybrid schedule based out of our Chicago, applicants should expect to be in office a couple of times per month. Key Responsibilities Billing Lifecycle Management & Compliance

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
