Job Summary

Analyze and support cross functional material commit process for any increased/unplanned, incremental demand. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, Demand planning and Supply Chain to ensure incoming supply to achieve Event Program order fulfillment.

Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Demand Planning, Operations and Supply Chain to analyze findings for Program Event delivery dates and fill rate.
  • Identifies supply problems relating to applicable/appropriate material numbers and determines the potential impact of on-time delivery to customers for Programs. Troubleshoots Supply Chain problems and work to solve issues.
  • Analyze and track program performance, including timeliness of execution, fill rate, and sales order balancing. Work closely with Supply Chain to help determine the appropriate inventory levels required for un-forecasted customer needs.
  • Monitor support plans for New Business Proposals (NBPs) and ensure demand plans properly account for NBP volumes and implementation schedules
  • Support Supply Chain to develop and deploy end-to-end supply Chain initiatives to optimize pipeline investments and achieve customer serviceability requirements
  • Manage Event driven supply for on time delivery to our customer with above 95% Fill rates
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communications skills - including executive presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated competency with cross-functional engagement and collaboration
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience with ERP/MRP - SAP preferred
  • Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with concentration in one or more of the following:

    • Management (Supply Chain, Operations)
    • Business


  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a business professional or military officer

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,800 to $89,400. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
