This role is a key connector across sales, operations, IT, and leadership, ensuring that systems, data, and processes are aligned to support growth. You'll take ownership of CRM data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives, while leading projects that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and workflows Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports Drive data cleanup, standardization, and account structure improvements Support system integrations and technology rollouts Develop training materials and documentation for new processes Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Experience managing cross-functional projects Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills WHAT PROTOTEK OFFERS: Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance Company paid life and long-term disability insurance 9 paid Holidays annually Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5% Education reimbursement program Career advancement opportunities Flexible Schedule Competitive pay scale Paid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service WORK AUTHORIZATION WORDING Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements - Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
