As a Security Officer Credential Control in Florence, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and following post orders at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, process authorized arrivals and departures, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, access issues, and/or policy violations.
• Support truck gate and facility access operations by checking identification, confirming permissions, and helping to control the flow of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
