We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Engagement Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing outbound and onsite campaigns while serving as a project manager for partner team intake. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CRM, product merchandising, and multi-channel campaign execution who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel email and push notification campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and content personalization.
- Build and maintain onsite landing pages to surface deals and merchandise on-trend products.
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end in project management software, tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous QA checks and monitor product/deal quality in real-time during major shopping events.
- Analyze campaign performance, extracting insights to inform future strategy and creating performance recaps.
- Coordinate with partner teams to align on dependencies and deadlines while securing required approvals prior to launch.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign execution.
- Proficiency in project management systems such as Asana or Smartsheet.
- Must be located in and able to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM or Merchandising platforms.
- Experience with reporting tools and creating formal performance recaps for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
