This individual will report to our Environmental Services Manager and join a team where your leadership will drive our growth, develop new business, manage a high volume of projects per year, and mentor our team as a technical resource expanding our impact. About The Role: As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will lead key environmental projects, overseeing client coordination, planning, budgeting, and technical documentation. You'll supervise and mentor a team of engineers and geologists, supporting their growth through guidance and training. You will also help expand our business and maintain strong client relationships. This role includes both office and field work tied to environmental assessments, with regular interaction with clients, contractors, regulators, and local officials.
