If so, our Utah Ops team is searching for a highperforming Field Technician to cover the St. George area within the market! This role will cover approximately 90-100 sites. Candidates must reside within 20-30 miles of the St. George/Cedar City area. The Field Technician supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of T-Mobile's wireless network equipment in Ericsson markets. This role provides hands-on experience with 4G LTE and 5G network infrastructure and works closely with senior technicians to ensure network reliability and performance. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
