Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Location: On-site \| Pittston, PA We are currently hiring Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representatives to join a growing, customerfocused team. Overview * Provide prompt, professional service while maintaining industryleading customer experience standards * Efficiently multitask across systems while handling calls, documentation, and followups * Collaborate within a teamdriven environment focused on customer satisfaction and company growth * Demonstrate consistent dependability, attention to detail, and strong time management DaytoDay Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding their insurance policies, including: * Policy changes and account updates * Autopay setup and billing inquiries * Retention and savetheaccount efforts * Grow and maintain strong client relationships * Accurately and timely enter inbound leads and client information * Follow up on outstanding items to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Additional Skills & Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty insurance license required * 2+ years of call center experience (no degree required) * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Strong customer service skills with a confident, personable communication style * Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism * Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and consistency * Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively handle diverse customer needs #eastpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA.
