We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer - Cloud to join our platform engineering team working on the Infor Mongoose platform. Mongoose is Infor's rapid application development framework that enables teams to efficiently build scalable, enterprise-grade business applications. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native capabilities within the Mongoose framework. You will work closely with architects, technical leads, and product teams to enhance platform UI/UX, developer experience, and cloud scalability while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: * Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native features and services within the Mongoose framework. * Contribute across the full SDLC including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support and mentor junior engineers through guidance and knowledge sharing. * Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. * Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and engineering standards. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate actively in code reviews. * Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates. * Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues. * Refactor and optimize existing solutions to improve scalability and maintainability. Required Qualifications * Software development experience with Mongoose framework. * Experience working with Java, C#, or Python. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Understanding of microservices architecture and REST-based integrations. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. * Understanding software design principles and patterns. * Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred Qualifications * Experience with platform or framework development. * Exposure to developer experience (DX) or extensibility models. * Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing). * Experience with web or mobile application ecosystems. * Experience working on large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
