Rebate / Program Manager (On-Site) Philadelphia, PA (On-Site) \| Full-Time \| Salary + Benefits Own the Numbers. Drive the Strategy. Lead the Team. At Honor Foods, we're hiring a Rebate / Program Manager to lead our rebate and program operations from our Philadelphia office. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where you'll drive financial accuracy, manage key programs, and make a direct impact on the business. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of Rebate & Data Control Specialists Own the full lifecycle of rebate & incentive programs Oversee accruals, reconciliations & financial reporting Manage vendor claims, collections & customer payouts Deliver insights through analysis, forecasting & reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, audits & internal controls Partner with Finance on month-end close Improve processes through automation & efficiency gains What You Bring Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in rebate, program, or financial management Leadership experience managing teams Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, TrackMax, etc.) Advanced Excel + strong analytical mindset Buying Group / GPO experience = big plus Why Honor Foods?
