KPMG is currently seeking a Service Designer, GenAI Experience (Manager) to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and conduct holistic research to understand the needs and behaviors of both customers and employees, mapping the complete service ecosystem and its various actors
  • Proactively following GenAI design trends and best practices to share and apply within the team and across projects
  • Design end-to-end service blueprints and multi-channel journey maps that orchestrate front-stage (customer-facing) and back-stage (operational) processes for seamless service delivery
  • Translate strategic insights and user needs into tangible service concepts, defining how technology, business processes, and human interactions align to deliver value
  • Facilitate collaborative design thinking sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to co-create, visualize, and improve new and existing services
  • Lead development and use of Design Systems and standard library of reusable assets across various applications and products; develop and test service prototypes through pilots and simulations, gathering feedback to refine the service model and ensure its desirability, viability, and feasibility before implementation
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in user research, user experience (UX) design, and user interface (UI) design
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; formal training in Service Design, Product Design, Experience Design, UX Design or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications
  • Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies; proven experience leading UX workstreams and junior designers within larger projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • A passion for creating innovative and user-centric experiences; experience working in an Agile design/development environment
