What You'll Do:
  • Review existing employee personnel files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning and digitization.
  • Scan and upload employee records into the company's secure digital storage system.
  • Properly label, categorize, and file digital documents according to HR standards.
  • Identify missing, outdated, or incomplete documents and flag them for HR leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with company policy and all state/federal regulations.
  • Assist HR with general administrative tasks as needed throughout the project.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within project deadlines and quality expectations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of administrative, HR support, or records management experience.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 2+ years of experience in interpreting technical drawings & specifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operating a computer and Microsoft Office software applications

Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Be able to lift and carry file boxes up to 20 lbs.
Work is performed in an office environment with regular exposure to paper files, printers/scanners, and office equipment
