Job Description Role Overview The Director, Project Management Office (PMO) is a senior leader responsible for portfolio and delivery excellence across People, Legal, Corporate Tools, and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role leads a high-performing PMO team of 10 global staff and partners closely with business and technology leaders to ensure predictable, scalable delivery, exceptional user experiences, and measurable business outcomes aligned to Visa's enterprise strategy. As a key member of the DES leadership ecosystem, the Director drives portfolio governance, delivery reliability, and insights-driven decision-making across the full initiative lifecycle-from intake and prioritization through execution, change readiness, and value realization. The Director will champion the adoption of automation, data, and AIenabled capabilities across the PMO and delivery lifecycle to improve predictability, accelerate execution, reduce manual overhead, and generate actionable insights-driving smarter prioritization, proactive risk management, and scalable delivery outcomes. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $186,800.00 to $ 299,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
