Job Description Visa is seeking a Director - Technology People Strategy & Operations to join the People team. Reporting to the SVP, People Technology, role acts as a strategic People advisor to senior Technology leaders and People Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment between Technology's priorities and the broader People team strategy. This leader will drive Technology's people strategy with expertise in human capital consulting, workforce planning, people analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence, with the ability to set direction and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
