This is a remote-flexible position that allows you to impact our frontline services while traveling up to 30% to engage with your team, HR COE's and regional partners..


What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop a team of People Operations Partners to maximize engagement and achieve excellence.
  • Strategic Consulting: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring our workforce is prepared for the future.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Analyze workforce data and feedback to identify trends and create people-centered solutions that optimize outcomes and drive retention.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside HR Centers of Excellence-including Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards-to provide a seamless people experience.
  • Champion Growth, Innovation and Change: Act as a calming presence and coach for leaders, helping them navigate complex challenges and strengthen their leadership capabilities.
  • Executive Influence: Drive consensus among the highest levels of leadership, shaping the organizational environment to ensure talent initiatives are fully supported and funded.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader: You bring at least 7 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Certified Expert: You hold (or will obtain within a year) a SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Dynamic Communicator: You can influence all levels of an organization and respectfully challenge the status quo to find the best possibilities and outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable: You have a deep understanding of employment law and multiple HR disciplines, from performance management to organizational effectiveness and people relations.
  • Mission-Driven: You understand, influence and operationalize business strategy, knowing deeply how the business operates and turning that strategy into reality.
