*Job Title: Business Administration Manager*
*Job Description*The Business Administration Manager ensures seamless order fulfillment, accurate financial management, and an optimized customer journey by effectively managing ERP and CRM systems. This role coordinates inventory, payments, and operational workflows to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support informed decision-making through clear communication and reporting. Serving as the right hand to the Senior Production Manager at the JBRX location, this position supports bath remodel operations by coordinating incoming jobs, scheduling installations, and overseeing execution timelines. It is primarily a back-office role focused on managing schedules and ensuring smooth, timely installation processes in a fast-paced construction-related environment. *Responsibilities* * Coordinate incoming jobs for bath remodel operations and ensure all project details are accurately captured and organized. * Schedule installations and manage execution timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. * Track accounts receivable and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain regular customer interaction and communication throughout the lifecycle of each project to provide updates and address questions. * Create a detailed workbook for each project, including all relevant documentation, job details, and installation requirements. * Assist with ordering materials needed for each job and prepare accurate pick lists for installations. * Support production operations by aligning schedules, materials, and resources to meet weekly job volume targets. * Use ERP and CRM systems, including Salesforce Lightning, to manage orders, customer data, and project workflows. * Monitor inventory levels and apply inventory management best practices to support continuous operations. * Collaborate closely with the Senior Production Manager and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer experience. * Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while adapting to changing situations and job demands. * Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and clients at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency. * Demonstrate dependable follow-up and responsiveness on all assigned tasks and customer interactions. * Wear multiple hats as needed, including assisting with future jobs coming down the pipeline and ensuring all preparation work, such as workbook creation and material ordering, is completed. *Essential Skills* * 3-5 years of experience working in construction or a similar industry such as bath remodel, construction, or construction management. * 3-5 years of overall professional experience in a related operations, administration, or production support role. * High school diploma. * Proven experience in production support, customer support, and administrative or back-office duties. * Experience working in an operations or manufacturing-type environment, ideally within construction. * Ability to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients. * Knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and basic human resources concepts. * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Hands-on experience using ERP and CRM systems, with Salesforce Lightning strongly preferred. * Strong inventory management skills and familiarity with coordinating materials for jobs. * Demonstrated dependability with thorough follow-up and responsiveness. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt easily to changing situations. * Strong team player with a collaborative working style. * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of weekly jobs. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Prior experience as an Office Manager in the construction industry or a closely related field. * Background supporting bath remodel or similar home improvement operations. * Experience in an operations management capacity within a manufacturing or construction environment. * Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement more efficient workflows. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when creating project workbooks and documentation. * Self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative, pivot quickly, and comfortably wear many hats. * Comfort working closely with a Senior Production Manager and cross-functional teams. *Why Work Here?*Join a growing operation where your work directly impacts project delivery, customer satisfaction, and team success. You will work primarily in an office environment using Salesforce as a CRM and working with ERP systems to manage orders, schedules, and customer information. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The dress code is business casual, typically jeans and a polo. You will work closely with the Senior Production Manager and collaborate with production, operations, and administrative staff, frequently shifting focus as priorities change and wearing many hats to keep installations running smoothly. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Farmington Hills, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
