Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond. Together, we advance your career.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, earlycareer Business Operations Analyst & Project Manager to join our Business Operations and NPI organization.
This is an opportunity for who is excited to learn, build new processes, and grow into owning broader responsibilities over time.

You will work across Manufacturing, NPI, Order Management, and Capacity Planning, supporting crossfunctional operations throughout the product lifecycle. This role is handson: you'll integrate data, streamline workflows, help drive improvement projects, and collaborate with teams across Engineering, Sales, IT, Marketing, and Global Operations.

THE PERSON

You are curious, analytical, and energized by solving operational problems. You enjoy diving into data, improving processes, and working with crossfunctional teams. Most importantly, you're looking for a role where you can develop new skills, expand your ownership, and thrive in a fastmoving, evolving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who likes building structure-not just maintaining it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Integration & Light Systems Development

  • Develop and evolve lightweight tools and processes that bring together data from multiple functional domains. The focus is to connect information in different legacy systems and/or generated manually.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Power-Query, AI application (i.e. Claude) or other available tools to build useful, reliable information sets for the team. What is required is a savvy user of productivity tools, not a programmer to rapidly create simple models and applications to support business processes that adapt as the business mature.
  • Work with internal IT or external vendors to mature data flows and reporting automation over time.

NPI Logistics & Planning Support

  • Support NPI Program Managers by consolidating schedules, shipment data, and crossfunctional inputs
  • Support NPI Program Managers in managing local physical inventory of boards and executing and tracking engineering sample shipments

Reporting

  • Create and distribute recurring reports to support operational decisionmaking
  • Develop templates, structures, and methods that scale as the business grows
  • Continuously improve reporting quality, accuracy, and automation

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Represent the Business Ops & NPI function in crossfunctional meetings where appropriate
  • Support project execution by coordinating actions, tracking progress, and escalating issues
  • Provide structured updates to stakeholders within NTSG

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Skilled experience in supply chain, business operations, finance, IT/application development, consulting, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Expert level knowledge with Excel, familiarity with Power BI and Anthropic Claude is required; Power Query, SQL or Python is a plus (not required at expert level)
  • Project management experience (formal or informal)
  • Understanding of ERP/MRP/CRM systems and how data flow across business functions
  • Strong service orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage several tasks in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Growth mindset and genuine interest in learning and improving processes, hand-on attitude.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

LOCATION:

Santa Clara, CA

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
