We’re looking for a Meeting & Events Operations Coordinator who thrives in the details and can help turn ideas into engaging experiences! We are revolutionizing the grocery industry to make it work better for people and the planet! This position will support the planning and execution of high impact, inclusive meetings and events. You will help coordinate the operational details such as registration systems, speaker coordination, sponsorship logistics, travel arrangements and event technology. This is an ideal position for an individual who is energized by coordination work, solving problems quickly and delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external attendees. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $30.92. Workstation Options · Home Office (Contiguous U.S. excluding AK, CA, HI, Washington and the territories): Eligible if within 100 miles of a major airport and has sufficient internet bandwidth and mobile phone service. · St. Paul, MN Office: Workstations available at 2610 University Ave W, with free parking and access to the Green Line Light Rail (Westgate Station).
