This is an exciting opportunity to be the central point of contact, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency within a fast-paced global environment. Your contributions will be critical in resolving complex issues, optimizing processes, and fostering strong relationships with international partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, engaging daily with international subsidiaries, export operations teams, logistics partners, suppliers, internal subject matter experts, and international dealers/distributors.

* Act as a crucial liaison with Export Operations Managers to address and resolve various order-to-delivery challenges.

* Take primary ownership for tracking all export market orders from initiation to final delivery.

* Proactively communicate with and follow up with international customers regarding order entry issues, rejections, modifications (e.g., options, shipping addresses), and cancellations.

* Manage and update the status of all Manufacturing Validation Builds on a weekly basis.

* Collaborate with logistics, finance, export product managers, and market teams to address any changes impacting product launches in export markets, escalating critical issues to the Export Operations Manager weekly.

* Prepare manual invoices for Manufacturing Validation Builds when necessary.

* Coordinate logistics and financial transactions with external partners, including credit and rebill processes, reconsignments, and special shipping arrangements (e.g., airfreight, spot buys).

* Generate, analyze, and review weekly reports with the Export Operations Manager on key order issues such as orders awaiting production release, unassigned or delayed Target Production Weeks, and orders built but not yet released to logistics.

* Engage with offshore manufacturing facilities to resolve any system-related issues affecting the flow of information for both Manufacturing Validation Builds and regular production orders.

* Participate in monthly calls with market teams to discuss demand submission and logistics alongside the Export Operations Manager.

* Create user IDs for international dealers for the Order Work Bench system and coordinate with IT teams to grant necessary system access (e.g., to the logistics tracking tool).

* Collaborate with IT teams to resolve all international customer issues related to Order Work Bench delivery reporting.

* Support the logistics team by addressing shipment queries, coordinating with port processors and external logistics partners.

* Quickly learn and efficiently utilize various ad hoc reporting functions within enterprise systems, including Order Management System, Production Order Management System, Vehicle Tracking and Inventory Management System, and a logistics tracking tool.

* Provide vacation coverage for team members, ensuring continuity of critical tasks.

* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Be solution-oriented and collaborative, capable of finding quick resolutions independently and as part of a team on critical issues.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify key issues and determine root causes.

* Proven relationship-building skills, adept at interacting with customers via email and phone.

* Capacity to understand and address the unique needs of customers across diverse international markets.

* Ability to work effectively independently and consistently meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Capability to manage multiple activities across various enterprise systems, including Order Management System, Production Order Management System, Vehicle Tracking and Inventory Management System, Business Analytics and Reporting System, a logistics management tool, and freight verification tools.
