Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our client on a Direct Hire opportunity located in Dallas, TX 75231. Salary: Up to $130K/year DOE Bonus Opportunity: Up to 33.5% Profit Sharing: Company-funded 401(k) profit sharing contribution Employee Stock Purchase Program: Employees may purchase up to $400/week in company stock with a 10% company match Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 100% Onsite \| Flexible First-Shift Hours Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities: Create precise, custom steel joist designs supporting diverse, high-impact construction projects. Perform structural design work in accordance with industry standards and company manufacturing processes. Review contract documents including structural and architectural drawings and project specifications. Provide direction and technical support to detailers, shop orders, and production teams throughout project design and development. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including other design professionals. Mentor junior engineers and interns. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
