DDA QUALITY REVIEWER 1 Department of Disability & Aging Quality Monitoring Jackson, TN Salary: $48,684.00- $73,188.00 Annually Closing Date: 05/31/2026

This position is designed as Hybrid (In office and Remote).

Background Check:

Who we are and what we do:

The Department of Disability and Aging supports people to live the lives they envision for themselves by ensuring people can exercise rights, engage with the community and experience optimal health. At DDA, we are responsible for administration and oversight of services and supports for more than 1.5 million older adults and Tennesseans with disabilities.

Job Overview:

The Quality Monitoring Department reviews the provider's quality of service for the people they support to ensure that the provider's processes are effective and aligned with DDA guidelines. The QM Department conducts quality monitoring reviews for providers. The Department conducts an entrance with the provider, completes reports, and exits with the provider.

Key Responsibilities:

The Quality reviewer will complete a review of providers' processes; conduct interviews and observations of people supported by the provider; ensure that quality monitoring reports are completed in a timely manner to confirm that provider processes are timely and effective; and attend provider entrance conciliations and exit meetings to ensure that quality monitoring reports are written accurately and in accordance with the indicator guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Effective writing skills, communication and organizational skills, Quality reviewer must be able to work in team settings and meet assigned deadlines. Experience with DDA and people with IDD.
